About the event
Ever wanted to go backpacking but haven't had anyone to go with? We're excited to announce our first-ever backpacking trip! Not only that but so excited about teaming up with Itacate Foods founder Martha to celebrate their launch. Itacate Foods is a brand of Latin backpacking food for adventurers with great taste and strong values. They are bringing delicious Latin food to the outdoors menu!
This event is for Women+ of Color (cis, trans, nonbinary folks of color) and is geared towards beginners and solo hikers! There are only 6 spots on this trip so we're asking that if you sign up please make sure you're able to attend! We'll create a waitlist as well in case some things change.
Gear can be provided for those who do not have backpacking gear.
